I ordered 4 Faiza products but one of them arrived in very poor condition The outer box was damaged and torn and the cream box inside looked old, dusty, and used the products sticker and barcode were also torn and damaged i have ordered from Faiza many times before and have never experienced this issue before I am disappointed with the packaging and overall condition of the product. Kindly arrange an exchange or replacement for this damaged item as soon as possible. Thank you

I want to ask one thing the way it used to give result before now its changed is it because of ban you guys remove mercury and steriods thats why whitening result is also changed? As mercury and steriods makes skin white faster is that the reason?
