Get a Good Night’s Sleep

A good night’s sleep can do wonders for your skin. If your sleep schedule isn’t proper, your skin will suffer the most. Your skin repairs itself while you sleep and if your body is under stress, it releases more adrenaline and cortisol. These two lead to breakouts and lots of other skin problems. Make sure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day.
