Avocados are an excellent source of good fats. There are over 300 calories in an avocado. Toss some in your salads or spread them on toast, but do include this rich in vitamins fruit in your daily diet.

Butter is full of calories and is actually a really good source of energy as well. Just spread some on your morning toast and have it with a cup of tea or coffee. You can use it to fry your eggs and for cooking things in general too. If you’re not a big fan of butter you can substitute it with ghee which is essentially the clarified form of butter. Both these will add a boost to your daily calorie intake thus helping you ultimately gain some pounds.

Just boil some and mash them while adding whole fat milk and butter to them to make a rich in calorie mash that will help you gain weight in no time!
