Very few people in this world are blessed with the perfect skin. If you are not one of those people, you know how real the struggle is. Clogged pores are the absolute worst. There are many reasons that can cause clogged pores like stress, too much oil or even excess of white blood cells but you can get rid of clogged pores.


Here are a few tips that will help you get rid of clogged pores.

Active Charcoal Face Mask for Clogged Pores

A face mask that has activated charcoal in it will clean your pores like magic. By now, we are all familiar with the properties of activated charcoal and how it helps remove any dirt and impurities from over and under your skin. This mask, if applied once a week will help you clean those clogged pores.


Parsley and Thyme Water

As a natural astringent, parsley has the capability of pulling out toxins from your skin. Boil a bowl of water, and put some parsley in it and let it cool. Take out the parsley and use it to cleanse your face.

You can also boil 3-4 tablespoons of thyme in 1.5 cups of water and use the resulting water as a cleanser.

Grapeseed oil has  vitamin E and linoleic acid, allowing the oil to naturally act as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It is not just great for treating acne, but also goes a long way in cleaning pores. It also has anti-ageing properties, just FYI.

Steam those Clogged Pores

Steaming pores is a great way to open them up again so you can clean them better. After you have steamed your face, pat dry your face and after a minute, clean it with a toner. Don’t forget to moisturize afterwards. Oh and if you add some essential oils to your steam water, this will also help you de-stress.
