Flawless skin is something everyone wants. There’s no denying the good a highlighter can do, but what if your skin glows naturally? Goals, right?
We are here to tell you how to achieve that flawless skin you’ve always wanted.
Water
Drink plenty, and plenty of water. The best way to achieve good skin is to drink sufficient water so your skin is hydrated at all times. A hydrated skin will always look better than a dehydrated one. Make a conscious effort to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
Cleanse
Before you hit the bed at night, cleanse your face. You need to remove all the dirt, oil, and pollution that accumulated in your pores. If you sleep without washing your face, you keep it all in and that leads to a dull complexion and breakouts. Tone your face afterwards and apply a good quality moisturiser to nourish your skin over night.
Eat Healthy
A healthy skin is a reflection of healthy diet. Eating fried food and a lot of sugar dulls your skin and is bad for it. Try incorporating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Make it a point to include some greens in your diet as well. Grab a salad over a burger and fresh juice over a can of coke.
Sunscreen
Invest in a sun screen. The harmful radiations and UVs from the sun can affect your complexion and not just that, could be extremely harmful for you in the long run. These rays can cause cancer and permanent skin damage as well as premature signs of ageing.
Don’t go out without applying a complete layer of a good sun block with a minimum SPF of 30. Put it on on any skin that is exposed to the sun.
