Melanin is the compound that is responsible for the amount of darkness in our skin tones. Some people have it in abundance and others not so much. Melanin is a naturally occuring compound which is a part of your skin. But, you can also develop it over time due to reasons like sun exposure etc. We are sharing some DIY masks with you that will help you with skin lightening.

Skin lightening creams have hydro quinone in them, which if used inhibits melanin. Creams, lotions and wealthy in nutrition C to assist brighten skin tone and regenerate cells.

The masks for the lightening of skin are as follows:

Honey and Egg Mask

  • an egg white
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Beat the egg whites, honey and lemon juice. apply it to your face and wash your self after 15 minutes.

Almond Oil and Honey

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon almond oil
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

Blend all elements. follow it for your face and wash off after 15 minutes.

If you Have Dry Skin

  • Blend same amounts of lemon juice and cucumber juice.
  • Apply it to your face and body. Wash off after 15 minutes.

If you Have Oily Skin

  • Blend cucumber pulp and yogurt. Make a high-quality paste. practice and go away it for 20 mins.
  • Wash off after it dries.

papaya

  • Make a paste of papaya, honey and milk.
  • Apply it to your face and frame for a couple of minutes.
  • Let it dry and then wash off.

If you Have Dark Elbows

Rub potato or lemon juice for 15 minutes and wash off with water.

If you have Dark Hands

  • Mix of sun flower oil, lemon juice and sugar.
  • Follow for 20 mins and rinse with cold water.

If you Have Dark Neck

  • take 1 lemon, 1 cucumber juice and 1 / eight tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix.
  • Apply it for 20 mins and wash off with lukewarm water.

If you have Dark Lips

  • Take some drops of Vaseline and lemon juice and apply it on the lips at night time.
  • Wash them during the early morning.
