Here’s what the deal is all about. Just take a tea spoon of coconut oil and swish it around your mouth for 5-10 minutes. The oil helps in removing build up of mild plaque as well as gives your gum a pink colour which in turn make your teeth look whiter.

Doing this once every week is a good idea.

Although the results of Apple Cider Vinegar are slow, but they’re worth the wait. Afterwards, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth as you normally would and rinse your mouth again.

Don’t leave the vinegar in touch with your teeth for too long because the acid in it could actually harm your natural enamel.
