These DIY scrubs are super easy, super cheap and super effective!

Coffee Scrub

Coffee is an amazing skin stimulant and an even better exfoliant. It has anti-inflammatory properties that boost collagen production all thanks to caffeic acid.

Who knew coffee could do more than waking you up in the morning?

Just mix coffee grounds in coconut oil and use the mix as a scrub for your face and body!

Oatmeal

Ground oatmeal is an amazing exfoliant. It exfoliates gently and doesn’t cause any rash on your skin. It nourishes and hydrates your body.

Just mix ground oatmeal with coconut or jojoba oil and honey and use the resulting paste to exfoliate your skin.

Granulated Sugar

Granulated sugar is the most common ingredient used in scrubbing. Just mix some with honey and lemon juice and use it to scrub your body and face. You will be left with a smooth, clean skin due to the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of the ingredients in this scrub.

Baking Soda

Surprised? Well, don’t be. Baking soda does more than baking and cleaning your kitchen. It is also an excellent source of cleaning your skin.

It’s texture is just right to be an exfoliant and it is known for it’s effects against acne. Just take your regular body or face cleanser and mix it with baking soda. Now use this to gently exfoliate your face and/or body and you will notice the difference in your skin after you have rinsed your face.
